3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active y 888 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances being reviewed for forfeiture.

When registering at y 888 you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your y 888 login credentials. Account Verification

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions at y 888 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y 888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposited funds that are not used for gaming activity within 90 days may be subject to a dormancy administration fee as described in Section 11. y 888 reserves the right to reverse deposits that it suspects are made for money laundering purposes or that do not comply with these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their available PKR balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal is processed. If verification has not been requested yet, it will be initiated at the time of the first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become available for withdrawal. See Section 8 for full bonus terms.
• y 888 targets processing of most withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to banking processing windows.

y 888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals above Rs 50,000. These checks are for player protection and anti-fraud purposes and typically resolve within 24 hours of the necessary documents being provided.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity at y 888 including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events), football, tennis, basketball and all other disciplines available on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid when it has been confirmed and accepted by the y 888 system and appears in your "My Bets" history. Bets that are placed during a technical fault, connectivity interruption or system outage may be voided at y 888's discretion if the accuracy of odds or market availability cannot be confirmed.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for international football, etc.). In the case of disputes about results, y 888 will refer to the official governing body's confirmation and this decision is final.

Postponed and Cancelled Events

• If a match is postponed and restarts within 48 hours, bets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to player balances.
• For in-play bets on matches that are subsequently abandoned, settlement will be based on the result or score at the point of abandonment if an official result is declared, or voided if no official result is given.

Maximum Winnings

y 888 applies maximum payout limits per bet which vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. Single-event winnings above Rs 5,000,000 may be paid in instalments over multiple payment cycles.

7. Casino and Card Games

y 888's casino product includes live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti), RNG card games and slot-style games. The following rules apply across all casino products.

Return to Player (RTP)

All y 888 casino games are operated with published Return to Player percentages. RTP information for individual games is available in the game information panel within each title. Live casino games use physical equipment (real cards, real roulette wheel) and the outcomes are determined entirely by that physical process — not by software.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software or technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. y 888 is not liable for losses that occur due to a player's device or internet connection failing during a game.

Live Casino Disconnection

If you are disconnected from a live casino game after placing a bet and before the round concludes, the game will continue to its natural conclusion and the result will be applied to your account when reconnection is established. y 888 maintains a complete log of all live game activity.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at y 888. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the y 888 platform to generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

• The player has violated any of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information at registration or during verification.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity.
• Self-exclusion has been requested by the player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and withdrawals will be placed on hold. y 888 will make reasonable efforts to complete investigations within 14 business days. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or activity in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate deposits will be returned to the depositing payment method after the investigation concludes.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal has occurred in any consecutive 12-month period. Dormant accounts will be notified via email before any administration fees are applied. After notification, a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 150 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

13. Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the y 888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
